Senior Garden Class

Senior Garden Class designed specifically for seniors, creating a welcoming space where they can connect, learn, and stay active. Through gardening, planting seeds, growing food, and learning about healthy living, seniors enjoy hands-on activities that support physical, mental, and emotional well-being. The program encourages seniors to build friendships, share experiences, learn new skills, and connect with nature. Gardening provides an enjoyable way to stay active while growing fresh fruits, vegetables, and plants. Love Makes Me Grow also gives seniors an opportunity to participate at their own pace, feel valued, and strengthen their sense of community. By growing together, seniors can enjoy meaningful activities, improve their knowledge of healthy living, and experience the satisfaction of caring for plants. The program promotes connection, wellness, and joy while helping seniors remain engaged and involved in their community.
