FOUNDATIONS OF LIFE COACHING FROM A CHRISTIAN-BASED PERSPECTIVE

LEAD WITH THE HEART OF A SHEPHERD

A Coaching Experience for Christian Leaders

The Foundations of Life Coaching from a Christian-Based Perspective

For Pastors, Church Leaders & Christian Nonprofit Leaders

**You were called to lead people. But no one said carrying the weight of people would always be easy.

Indiana Wesleyan University invites pastors, church leaders, and Christian nonprofit leaders into a two-day, in-person, hands-on coaching experience rooted in faith and built for the real conversations you face every day.

Come and learn practical coaching skills that help you:

✓ Listen for what may not be said out loud

✓ Ask questions that move conversations deeper

✓ Help people find clarity when they feel stuck

✓ Build trust while helping others take ownership of their next step

✓ Recognize when someone needs coaching and when they may need counseling or additional support

✓ Protect your own capacity while continuing to serve people well

And you won’t just hear about coaching. You’ll experience it.

You’ll practice. You’ll coach. You’ll be coached. You’ll work through real conversations and leave with tools you can use in your church, ministry, team, workplace, and community.

Whether you are feeling stretched thin or thriving and ready to sharpen how you lead, there is something here for you. Your seat has already been invested in. Now we’re inviting you to step into it.
