Join us at the OM Center for Spiritual Living located at 7951 University Avenue, La Mesa, CA 91942 for a supportive and welcoming mental health meeting.
Learn practical tools to help you change negative or insecure thoughts into more positive and secure thoughts, allowing you to better manage everyday stress and live a more peaceful and productive life.
