Laguna Beach Sound Bath + Reiki & Energy Medicine

This class was built from a simple craving for something real. A place to show up as you are, with presence as the priority and no performance required. A space where you can give yourself full permission to pause, declutter, receive and connect.

Every Sunday we come together in Laguna Beach to meditate and journey with sound. Each session is created as a journey through layers of sound, texture and healing. Crystal bowls, gongs, rain, chimes, leaves and more.....each one chosen, each one felt.

We open with a quiet settling and guided meditation. A few minutes to help you arrive and gently land into your own system as the journey begins. From there we drift through the instruments, through gentile breath awareness, through inner allowance.

Closing the session with optional hands-on Reiki and aromatherapy adding deep layers of felt sense and depth, connecting to each person who walks through the door with the presence and care we all deserve.

Leaving with practices and tools you can take into your week, your life, your real everyday moments.
