Join us on Sunday, November 15, from 1:00 to 5:00 PM at our Running Springs mountain campus for an afternoon designed for anyone who plans group retreats, conferences, and getaways. Bring your family, bring your planning team, and bring your questions. Spend the afternoon seeing firsthand how Pali Retreat can host your group, from meeting spaces and lodging to meals and activities.

What to expect

Lunch, elevated. Start your visit with a chef-hosted lunch where you can see the care that goes into every meal your group will enjoy, and ask about menu options, dietary accommodations, and catering for special events.

Guided venue tours. Walk the grounds with our team and see the lodging, dining hall, meeting and event spaces, and outdoor areas available to your group. Ask about capacity, room configurations, A/V, scheduling, and anything else you need to plan with confidence.

Hands-on activities. Try some of the team-building and recreational activities your group can add to their stay. Kids and adults are welcome to jump in.

Planning conversations. Meet our retreat team one-on-one to talk through available dates, group sizes, packages, and pricing. Whether you're planning a weekend retreat, a multi-day conference, or an annual gathering, we'll help you build an experience that fits your group and your budget.

Who should attend

Retreat and event planners for churches and faith groups, universities, corporate teams, nonprofits, youth organizations, clubs, and any group looking for a mountain venue for retreats, conferences, or special events. Spouses, partners, and kids are warmly invited.

Please register each member of your party and designate the number of adults and children separately so we can plan lunch and activities accordingly. Let us know about any dietary needs when you register.

Mountain weather in November can be cool, so we recommend layers and comfortable walking shoes.
