Leave No Trace and limited capacity
Queer Mountaineers is committed to following the Seven Principles of Leave No Trace. To reduce our impact on trails and outdoor spaces, registration for hiking and snowshoeing events is limited to 10 participants.
If you can no longer attend, please request a refund through Eventbrite as soon as possible so your spot can be offered to someone else. If the event is sold out and you do not have a confirmed ticket, please do not attend. Keeping the group to registered participants helps us respect the capacity limit and recreate responsibly.
Donation-based ticketing:
Please consider making a donation if youโre able. Even $1 helps our 100% volunteer-based organization continue to put on events for the community. That said, cost should never be a barrier to joining us. Thank you!
Registration deadline:
Registration closes 48 hours before the event.
