In this workshop, we’ll move through two separate 80-minute breathwork journeys, each accompanied by specially curated music.
We’ll work in pairs, with one person taking the role of the breather and the other as the sitter—simply being present, offering support, and holding space. You’ll switch roles for the second journey, giving everyone the opportunity to experience both sides. Both roles can be deeply meaningful and powerful in their own way.
If this is your first time and 80 minutes of breathwork sounds intimidating, don’t worry. Most people find that after the first 5–10 minutes, their sense of time begins to shift and they become immersed in the experience. Nothing is forced, and there’s no need to achieve or push for anything—simply allow the journey to unfold naturally, at your own pace. We’ll be there throughout the process to offer guidance and support whenever needed.
We’ll close the workshop with the sharing of a simple vegetarian meal—think kitchari—to enjoy together, alongside a circle where everyone will have an opportunity to share and reflect on their experience.
