The Sound Cafe

Welcome to The Sound Cafe!

We're opening the Big Barn at Susanna Farms on Saturday mornings for The Sound Cafe. There will be coffee, tea, and homemade pastries ready when the doors open at 8, and the morning is yours to shape. Sit and sip, find a quiet corner to journal, settle into some meditation, or just let yourself breathe for a couple of hours.

At 9:30 there will be a 30-minute sound bath with singing bowls, breath, and stillness, right there in the barn. No experience necessary. Just bring yourself.

No pressure, no agenda. Just a peaceful place to land on a Saturday morning.

This event is supported through donations so it is a pay what you can experience
