pilates, plunges & potions! sunaya studios + SWEATHOUZ

join us for pilates, plunges & potions- a special halloween weekend experience where we'll sweat, chill, sip and celebrate together!

start with a heated mat pilates class! expect full body where strong meets length energy.

then we're taking recovery to the next level with SweatHouz and their signature cold plunge experience. get ready to step outside your comfort zone, reset, and embrace the chill.

no witches bre here! we are sipping fresh juices to finish things off feeling refreshed and recharged!

because this is a heated class, we encourage you to wear black in the spirit of the holiday vs costumes that could restrict movement and flow.

come solo, bring your bestie or gather your favorite wellness witches. this is your excuse to try something new, get a little uncomfortable, and have a whole lot of fun doing it!

pilates first. plunges next. potions after.

spots are limited- grab your ticket before they disappear.
