We will be meeting at the tennis courts, please park in the YMCA parking lot .
Although the time is early.Please bring water to stay hydrated, a small sweat towel if you sweat a lot or a headband, hat, comfortable walking shoes, maybe a fanny pack to hold your items and positive attitude!
