Next Gen: Women in Business

Hosted at Penn Medicine Park, home of the Lancaster Stormers, the event will feature a moderated panel of accomplished women leaders sharing their professional journeys, experiences, challenges, and lessons learned throughout their careers.

The conversation will focus on leadership, career growth, mentorship, overcoming challenges, building meaningful relationships, and advice for the next generation of women in business.

Guests will also have the opportunity to network before and after the panel, connect with professionals from throughout the community, and leave with new relationships, perspectives, and inspiration.
