What if we didn't wait until winter felt heavy to start taking care of ourselves?

Every year, the days get shorter. The temperature drops. Our routines change. We spend a little more time indoors and, sometimes without realizing it, a little less time moving, connecting and doing the things that make us feel like ourselves.

But what if we prepared for that season differently?

Light Within is an invitation to slow down before you need to, reconnect before you feel disconnected and create practices that can carry you through the months ahead.

Over four weeks, BLK Yoga Collective will bring our community together for an intentional seasonal wellness experience rooted in connection, balance and liberation.

We'll begin with movement, using yoga as a way to come back into the body and create space to breathe. We'll settle into sound, allowing the vibration of sound bowls to create moments of stillness and restoration. We'll put pen to paper and give ourselves permission to reflect on what we need, what we're carrying and what we're ready to make room for.

And throughout it all, we'll connect.

Because wellness was never meant to happen in isolation.

Each week builds on the one before it, creating a journey from preparation to nourishment, from connection to illumination.
