Charlotte’s career with Gwinnett County spans nearly four decades, including 27 years in county leadership and service as Chair of the Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners. She has also held numerous regional and state leadership roles and continues to serve her community through civic and nonprofit organizations.

A lifelong Gwinnett resident, Charlotte brings a wealth of experience in leadership, public service, and community impact.
