Honer Your Body Through Movement | Dance Edition✨

For this edition of Honer Your Body Through Movement, we’re highlighting dance as our movement of the month and celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month by spotlighting two incredible Latina women who are creating space for our community to move, express themselves, and feel confident in their own bodies🤍

I’m so excited to be teaming up with Cony & Brenda of Blck Swan Studios for a 90 minute dance experience where we’ll be learning a baddie choreography to LATINA FOREVA by Karol G💃🏻

If you’re thinking you'll walk in nervous, shy, or already saying “I literally cannot dance”… then this one’s for YOU🫶🏻 You do n o t need to be a dancer or have any experience, nor wear heels. We’ll learn the choreography together, step by step, with encouragement along the way✨ And by the end, you might just surprise yourself and think, “Wait… I really just learned that whole choreography?!” 🥹 because girllll, I be walking out her classes feeling like Beyonce 🤣🫶🏻

This is a beginner friendly class that's all about stepping outside of your comfort zone, finding a new way to move your body, and leaving feeling confident, proud, happy & like THAT GIRLLL💅✨💖
