Work along with long-time instructor Lindsay Smith to make your own individual Beef Wellies! Buttery-soft beef tenderloin, encased in a duxelle of wild mushrooms, wrapped inside thin prosciutto, swathed in a golden puff pastry crust—what’s not to love? Salad and wine are perfect to round out this meal!
