Elina Fedotova is the Founder and Chief Formulator of Elina Organics. She is also an award-winning cosmetic chemist, master and celebrity licensed esthetician, and President of the Association of Holistic Skin Care Practitioners (AHSCP), which she founded in 2007. For over twenty-five years, Elina has created organic, seasonal, and liposome-encapsulated formulations that naturally deliver clinical results. Presentation 2: Three techniques of Accurate Muscle Testing and Kinesiological Analysis This workshop will focus on providing techniques to assist you in determining appropriate client back bar, selection, and retail unique to your clients.

Keeley Lore is the founder and CEO of Naturally Radiant, where she leads a team of highly skilled practitioners dedicated to supporting your journey toward optimal health and healing. A Certified Natural Health Professional, Keeley is passionate about helping others thrive through holistic, whole-body care. She is a Certified Functional Nutritionist, Nutrition Coach, and Nutrition Response Testing Practitioner. As a Master Aesthetician, she offers advanced holistic face and body treatments—including clinically designed facials, body wraps, scrubs, and body sculpting services. Keeley is also a Certified Acupressure Professional, Reflexologist, and Internationally Certified Massage Therapist.

Cindy Sabo

Presentation: Tech Neck and Upper Thoracic Care for Clients and Practitioners: Massage and Self Care Techniques to decrease tension in the neck and upper back, improving posture and lifting the face.

Cindy Sabo, a Michigan Licensed Esthetician since 2005, is the owner of Sabo Skin Care and Massage, PLC located in Spring Lake, Michigan. Cindy adopted a master holistic approach to skin care under her notable mentor, Elina Fedatova and has received advanced training and education in holistic skin care practices. She is a proud member of the Association of Holistic Skin Care Practitioners since 2007, a Regional Educator and a presenter at the AHSCP Conferences. She received the honor of “Holistic Clinical Spa Partners 2023 Leading Star.” “Top 3 Elina Organics Spa Partners 2023.” “Best Holistic Skin Care Educator 2019" and “Top Professionals 1st Place 2019" from AHSCP. Since 1991, Cindy has been a Michigan Licensed Massage Therapist and an Active Professional Member of the American Massage Therapy Association.

Heidi Palian

Presentation: More Than Ambiance: How Treatment Room Lighting Shapes Calm, Connection, and the Client Experience.

Heidi Palian has over 20 years of experience in advanced bodywork, circadian health, and nervous system regulation, with practices in Washington, DC and South Florida. Her work is grounded in mineral metabolism and mitochondrial function, exploring how light, rhythm, and environment influence the body’s energy systems and physiological balance. A trained innerdance facilitator, she creates original music for the practice that uses circadian-aligned soundscapes to support brainwave states and deep nervous system healing. Through her clinical and creative work, Heidi bridges physiological science with holistic practices to offer practical insights into nervous system resilience and energy regulation.

Krystle Kandler

Presentation: The Art of Experience: Creating Meaningful Moments Through the Five Senses

Krystle will explore how thoughtful sensory-driven details can transform a service into a meaningful and memorable experience. Through the lens of the five senses, she’ll share how elements like touch, scent, sound, taste, and visual design can depend connection, elevate client care, and created experiences people truly feel and remember. Drawing from her work in holistic skincare and wellness, Krystle will offer inspiration on turning everyday services into intentional, emotionally impactful rituals.

Krystle Kandler is the founder of Preserve Wellness Spa, a space centered on elevated experiences, rooted in the senses, that supports both skin and overall well-being. With years of hands-on experience in the beauty and wellness industry, she has developed an intentional approach to touch, detail, and environment. She has built a reputation for services that feel deeply restorative and memorable. Blending her background as a spa owner with a passion for experience design, Krystle draws inspiration from her travels and the meaningful connections she builds with clients. She focuses on how small, sensory elements like scent, sound, touch, taste, and visual beauty, can transform a service into something meaningful. Through her work, she invites others to reimagine client care as an experience, one that goes beyond results and becomes something felt, remembered, and returned to.

Amy Moss is a holistic esthetician, certified health coach, and mentor to estheticians ready to elevate their standards, income, and identity. With a decade of experience in the treatment room, she is known for blending results driven skincare with mindset, self worth, and energetic principles that transform not just skin, but the women behind the business. Through her growing mentorship group and growing online platforms, Amy teaches estheticians how to become fully booked, well paid, and deeply respected by mastering client relationships, raising their standards, and embodying the identity of a high earning esthetician.

Presentation: Automation is easy in 2026. Just ask your competition.

You and your competitor started around the same time. Things were similar for a while, then one day she automated a “thing”. Then another. Then a dozen. Then a hundred. One at a time. She asked AI how, and what was unrealistic in 2024, is actually pretty easy in 2026. Today, she doesn’t “make” the document, she “approves” it. She’s got more time for billable client work, and she isn’t waiting around for 2027 to live her best life.

We will explore the many responsibilities we carry daily and the emotional weight that comes with trying to do every detail. This will be an invitation to reflect on releasing guilt, soften stress and create space for joy, grace, and balance in our lives.

Married for almost 38 years and mother to two grown children, Marta has spent much of her life creating a warm, stable home while also working as a part-time teacher. Moving seven times taught her how to adapt quickly, organize efficiently, and find the heart of a community wherever she landed. Travel is a passion of hers - countless journeys have broadened her perspective and inspire her approach to family, teaching, and homemaking.
