Please join us for an ongoing conversation in community with other women who are ready to show up differently in their lives.
🔹Our rotating curriculum covers these questions:🔹
Our identities get wrapped up in what we do for others. We will identify the roles and expectations that may not be serving us well anymore and discuss ways we can show up for the people we love without feeling resentful.
We will identify the physical sensations of fear and anxiety we feel when we take up space. We will discuss what consent means and we'll emphasize the importance of giving ourselves grace as we learn new ways of relating with the world.
We'll explore how to move toward what we want rather than just moving away from what we don't want. Positive framing helps with clarity for us and our loved ones.
We will consider what our values are so we can align our decisions with what's really important to us. We can find peace in evaluating these things without the pressure of getting it wrong in the moment.
We will learn how to draw on internal sources for strength and confidence so we can act out of love and foster belonging rather than conquering situations by force. Everybody gets to choose what's best for them, including us.
Let's figure out how we can be part of the solution by modeling healthier ways, mentoring young people with love, and listening without judgement.
