Letting Go: A 9D Breathwork Journey

Letting Go is a 90-minute group 9D Breathwork journey and it works differently than anything you've tried before. For one full hour you lie down, put on headphones, close your eyes, and breathe. Nine layers of precision-engineered sound work simultaneously, reaching your nervous system and subconscious in ways that thinking and talking simply cannot. Stored emotion surfaces. The body releases what words never could.

The final 30 minutes are held space to land, integrate, and be witnessed before you re-enter the world.

People routinely describe it as years of therapy compressed into a single session.

This is a group experience — intentionally. Each person journeys on their own internal path, but no one is alone in the room. The collective energy of the group amplifies what's possible individually. Space is limited to keep the container intimate and held. No one has to share their feelings because this isn't therapy — it's intentional "me time" designed to be selfishly oriented just to you and your recentering.
