Evening Exhale @ The Maya Long Beach - Breathwork & Sound Sessions

An immersive African-centered breathwork experience weaving together breath, sound ++ movement to awaken your inner strength, joy and connection to self.

Through intentional breathing, rhythmic movement, grounding practices and sound, you’ll be guided to release stored tension, reconnect with your body ++ tap into a deeper sense of vitality and personal power. Rooted in African-centered practices and an embodied approach to healing, the experience creates space to move freely, breathe deeply and reconnect with the wisdom already within you.

The journey concludes with a Reiki-infused sound healing integration, allowing the body and mind to absorb the experience, restore energetic balance ++ settle into deep relaxation.
