Lotería Night at Ancestros

Taco Tuesday just got a lot more fun!

Join us at Ancestros for a new Lotería Night series hosted by local community builder and BKCF board member Evelyn Avila! Bring your friends, grab some tacos and drinks, and get ready for a lively night of Lotería, laughs, music, and prizes.

Never played Lotería before? Think of it as Mexican bingo, but instead of numbers, you’ll be matching colorful cards featuring traditional characters and symbols like El Sol, La Sirena, and El Catrín. It’s easy to learn, fun to play, and everyone is welcome! Want to learn how to play beforehand? Check this detailed blog with instructions:https://www.wikihow.com/Play-Loteria

Keep in mind, we will be switching up the winning design for each game.

🎴 Lotería is FREE to play! There’s no cost to participate, but we highly encourage you to purchase food and drinks during the event to support our host, Ancestros. Special food and drink offerings will be available throughout the evening.

RSVPs are not required, but they are appreciated! Your RSVP helps Ancestros and their staff prepare for the expected headcount and make sure they’re ready for everyone on event day.

Evelyn will be bringing her bright, fun personality to the table, curating the music throughout the evening and keeping everyone excited and entertained. Whether you’re a Lotería pro or playing for the first time, come ready to have some fun!
