A weekly group session exploring centuries-old breath technologies to open, cleanse, and harmonize the subtle energetic bodies and psychic channels. Each week is grounded in a pranayama or conscious breathwork technique that supports the release of energetic debris, creating space for heightened intuition and an amplified flow of spiritual energy throughout your entire being.
