Step away from the demands of everyday life and into a restorative experience designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your body, and make space for stillness.

Movement + Sound at 432 Hz by Black Velveteen Yoga combines gentle movement, breathwork, guided meditation, and immersive sound healing for a deeply restorative experience. Featuring quartz crystal sound bowls tuned to 432 Hz, accompanied by additional therapeutic instruments, this practice offers a chakra healing experience that invites you to settle into the present moment and reconnect with yourself.

Whether you're new to sound healing or already have a meditation practice, you're welcome to arrive as you are, release tension, and experience the restorative connection between movement, breath, and sound.

Part of The Velveteen Ritual's three-week series, Movement + Sound at 432 Hz is offered across six teaching dates from November 2 to December 1, 2026, with limited initial in-person capacity to create a more intimate experience.

In-person capacity is initially limited to 10 participants per class to support a more personal experience.

WHAT TO BRING

Please bring the following:

• Yoga mat
• Blanket
• Pillow
• Water

Eye masks and bluetooth headsets will be provided to help you settle in and fully immerse yourself in the experience.

Movement + Sound at 432 Hz is part of The Velveteen Ritual, a three-week movement and restoration series designed to create space for intentional movement, relaxation, and reconnection.

Each class registration includes access to a digital recording of the specific class you attend, available to paid attendees so you can revisit the experience, continue your meditation practice, and return to a moment of stillness whenever you need it.
