PEARL MOVEMENT PRESENTS: Pop Sculpt & Flow Yoga @ Trellis Brewing

Hosted the third Sunday of every month, join us at Trellis Brewing for a 60-minute pop-powered vinyasa class with light bodyweight sculpt mixed in, designed to help you move, sweat, and have fun. Stick around after for a complimentary pint and an easy social hang to get to know the people on the mats beside you.

This class is geared towards all-levels, but will be designed to challenge you so that you can sweat out a little bit of the weekend. Bring your own mat, towel & water.

ABOUT PEARL MOVEMENT:

At Pearl Movement, we believe movement is the starting point. Connection is THE point. All of our community events are focused on providing opportunities for you to connect to your fellow yogis and build a supportive group that helps inspire you to live your best life.

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR:

This flow will be lead by Megan Kuhlenschmidt, founder of Pearl Movement, whose classes blend thoughtful sequencing, strong playlists, and a grounded teaching style that keeps students coming back. With a focus on both movement and connection, she creates classes that feel challenging, welcoming, and genuinely fun to be part of.
