Salsa Night Lynchburg — Beginner Lesson + Social Dancing

Lynchburg hasn't had a regular salsa night in over a year. That ends November 12th at Tiger Sun [Downtown Lynchburg].

Come at 7PM for a 45-min salsa lesson and a 15-min Bachata refresher lesson.

You don't need a partner — we rotate, so you'll dance with everyone in the room. You don't need experience. Many people here will be doing this for the first time and experienced dancers help you along.

At 8PM the floor opens for social dancing — salsa and bachata — until 9. Stay later if the room's still going..

Tiger Sun has made a unique cocktail just for our night, with a mock-tail version available if you prefer.

WHAT TO KNOW

Where: Tiger Sun, 1008 Commerce St Unit A, downtown Lynchburg

• Free street and privatge lot parking available

• Wear: whatever you'd wear out. Smooth-soled shoes are easier than sneakers — but don't buy anything for this.

• Coming alone?: Do it! Most people do, and you'll dance more than the couples.

• Running late: come anyway. The lesson is forgiving, we'll catch you up.

• Food/Drinks: Yes, the full dinner and drink menus will be available. Come early and enjoy the vibe!
