Smiles and Miles: Ghost That Mindset

Some habits and mindsets follow us around like ghosts: the self-doubt, the overthinking, the "I'll deal with it later." This Halloween, we're leaving them on the trail.

Join Black Girls Smile Atlanta, Be Well Black Girl Initiative, and GirlTrek for a community wellness walk. As you move, you'll reflect on one question: What mindset or habit needs to stay on this trail? Come ready to let it go and leave lighter than you came.
