Join Brandi Martinez, psychic clairvoyant, spiritual educator, and spiritual auntie, for a communal evening exploring intuition, energetic care, ritual, and our relationship to the unseen as we prepare to enter the holiday season.
The holidays can hold celebration and connection alongside grief, overwhelm, haunting family dynamics, difficult milestones, and expectations that can pull us away from our center. In Energetic Boundaries and Healing for the Holiday Season, Brandi invites us into an evening of reflection, seeking, and energetic care for navigating these complexities while staying connected to ourselves.
Together, we’ll journey into a world of boundary setting, personal lore, and building strong spiritual teams. Through guided spiritual practices, reflection, and conversation, we’ll explore tools for self-awareness, safety, pain processing, and healing resilience—while reconnecting with inner wisdom and ancient guidance.
This workshop is an opportunity to consider what embodied growth and energetic stewardship might look like during a complex holiday season. How can we recognize when old patterns or family systems are affecting us? How can we strengthen our boundaries without losing connection to ourselves or others? And what spiritual tools can we call upon when grief, expectation, or overwhelm begin to surface?
Come slow down, meet yourself where you are, and create space for a more intentional and supported experience of the holidays.
No prior experience with meditation, energy work, or spiritual practice is needed. We’ll co-create the space together—please arrive with love and an open heart.
