"Best of the Best" Wine Dinner

The year is winding down, and quite possibly, we've saved some of the best for last! And not just the best, but the best of the best when it comes to wines from the portfolio of Tavolo Vigneto! For the first time ever, we're hosting a 5-course wine dinner where we're really focusing on not only single vineyards, but single plot wines. So let the terroir shine through at one of our final wine dinners of 2026!

As mentioned, the wines we're featuring at this dinner event all come from the portfolio of Tavolo Vigneto which focus on wines from Italy and Switzerland, among others. Often working with small, family owned and operated vineyards they never fail to provide us some great bottles. And as a special treat, we'll be joined by Tavolo Vigneto's sommelier Meredith Sutch who'll tell you all about the region, the vineyard, and quite likely, even the people who craft these single plot bottlings.

Again, the focus for this event is really on terroir, and how that influences the wine. So not only will this event unique, site-specific wines, but attendees will enjoy each pour with a food pairing! Come for the wine, but stay for dinner! In total, your ticket gets you five wines served with five dishes designed to elevate the wines flavors and nuances. Don't miss it!

Tickets for this event are $100/person as, again, we'll be focusing on wines with limited production do the size of these small lots. Rumor has it these wines sell for as high up as $200/bottles so here's your chance to enjoy them with food, to taste them before you decide. Also, like all of the events here at Vom Fass, we too are limited by size and thus seating is limited to just 24 people. This is likely our last wine dinner with Meredith for 2026, so sign up today, or you'll have to wait until 2027!

Note: If you'd like to be seated with another group who has signed up separately, we'd be grateful if you inform us a day or two prior to the event. This really helps us out when it comes to planning the seating arraignment.

Refund Policy: If notified 72 hours or more before the event we are happy to provide guests with a full refund of your ticket price (Eventbrite will not refund any fees). If you should need to cancel in less than 72 hours, we can either roll your tickets over into a different event or offer you a store credit for the ticket price (which will not include Eventbrite fees).
