Building Healthy Futures for Youth: Rooted in Gratitude

Building Healthy Futures for Youth: Rooted in Gratitude is an experiential community wellness gathering created to make mental wellness feel approachable, practical, and connected to everyday life.

Participants will choose from a variety of guided wellness experiences including sound, meditation, Reiki, tuning forks, breathwork, gentle yoga, Qi Gong, and intuitive art. Each session will include opportunities to learn about the practice, experience it firsthand, and reflect on how it may be used as a tool beyond the event.

«Construyendo futuros saludables para la juventud: arraigados en la gratitud» es un encuentro comunitario experiencial sobre bienestar creado para que el bienestar mental resulte accesible, práctico y conectado con la vida cotidiana.

Los participantes podrán elegir entre una variedad de experiencias de bienestar guiadas, como terapia de sonido, meditación, reiki, diapasones, ejercicios de respiración, yoga suave, qigong y arte intuitivo. Cada sesión ofrecerá la oportunidad de aprender sobre la práctica, experimentarla de primera mano y reflexionar sobre cómo puede utilizarse como herramienta más allá del evento.
