👕 THE LOOKS

For the guys, think oversized graphic tees, baggy jeans, denim-on-denim, throwback NBA/NFL/MLB jerseys, matching tracksuits, Polo shirts, rugby shirts, Starter jackets, fitted caps, durags, bucket hats, Timberland boots, Air Force 1s and Jordans. Throwback jerseys and oversized denim were especially associated with early-2000s hip-hop style.

For the ladies, think Baby Phat, Juicy Couture velour tracksuits, low-rise or baggy jeans, baby tees, crop tops, denim skirts, tube tops, oversized hoops, nameplate necklaces, tinted sunglasses, trucker hats and sneakers/boots. Velour sets, low-rise denim, baby tees and trucker caps are particularly recognizable Y2K references.

PLEASE REMEMBER COSTUMES ARE ACCEPTABLE TOO

Expect the songs you forgot you loved, the records everybody knows word-for-word, and a room full of grown folks ready to have a good time.

THIS IS NOT JUST A HALLOWEEN PARTY — IT’S A MILLENNIAL TAKEOVER! 😈🎃
