Cozy Season: A Living Well Pajama Jam

Cozy Season: A Living Well Pajama Jam

The seasons change. So can the way we feel. 🌿

As the days get shorter and the seasons begin to shift, Living Well Collective is making space for an important conversation about seasonal depression, emotional wellness, and caring for ourselves and the people we love.

But wellness doesn’t always have to feel heavy.

Sometimes living well looks like putting on your favorite pajamas, laughing, playing games, spending time with people you love, and intentionally making room for joy.

Cozy Season: A Living Well Pajama Jam is a FREE, all-ages community experience created for women and their children to come together for an evening that’s meaningful, comfortable, and FUN.

Come in your best family-friendly pajamas and get ready to let your hair down!

We’ll enjoy conversation around emotional wellness and navigating seasonal changes, along with music, games, fun activities, community, laughter, and light refreshments.

Women are welcome to attend on their own or bring their children. Girls AND boys are welcome. Children must attend with and remain under the supervision of their accompanying adult.

Come comfortable. Come as you are. Come make a little room for joy. 🤎
