Coming Home to Love is a soulful, experiential retreat designed to help you soften old stories, reconnect with your inner wisdom, and remember that true self-love changes everything.
Through guided reflection, music as medicine, breathwork, movement, meaningful connection, and practices for self-acceptance and self-forgiveness, you’ll be invited to release what is unlike love and open to more joy, ease, abundance, and belonging in your life.
