Welcome to Sunset Pilates ! A pilates class led by Certified Pilates Instructor, MARIAH BURKE! Join us on Saturday for Tres Lagos Night Markets at 6:30PM at TRES LAGOS AMPHITHEATER. Join me for a 45 min non-heated(or naturally heated ☀️) Pilates class followed by enjoyment of the Saturday Night Markets held at Tres Lagos🩵 🙏Designed to restore your body, renew your mind, and rejuvenate for the weekened.

***PLEASE ARRIVE EARLY TO FIND PARKING AS THIS IS THE NIGHT MARKET SO IT WILL BE PACKED, PICK YOUR SPOT FOR CLASS, AND TO HELP START THE CLASS PROMPTLY AT 6:00PM***

At this Night Market, we'll explore the world of pilates led by Elevate Pilates's founder, MARIAH BURKE, a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Pilates Instructor. The rejuvenating workout that combines the principles of pilates with the tranquil beauty of viewing the sunsets at Tres Lagos. An amazing sight to see. Whether you're a seasoned Pilates pro or a beginner looking to try something new, all are welcome to participate.

What to Expect:

All levels of pilates goers are welcomed! We start with a grounding + mindful prayer moment and follow it with a 45min non heated (or naturally heated by sun ☀️) class! Afterwards aim to stick around to grab a bite, sip on a drink, and challenge yourself to make a new acquaintance.

What to Bring:

Come in exercise clothes. Bring some water, a mat and a towel to wipe off that sweat. Most importantly GREAT energy :)!OPTIONAL: Ankle/Wrist Weights
