“Blind tasting” – meaning to evaluate and maybe even identify a wine when served with the label hidden – is more than a wine-geek parlor trick. It’s a great way to sharpen your tasting acuity and learn more about what you love – and don’t love – in wine. And, when you do it as a group exercise in a fun and informal setting, it’s great way to have some fun, too!
