Momentum Monday: Yoga in Medical District Park

Begin Your Week with Intention: Yoga in Medical District Park

Namaste in the Medical District! Start your week grounded, centered, and renewed. Join us at Medical District Park (formerly Health Sciences Park) for a free yoga class with Camille Rose every Monday evening in September and October at 5:30 pm.

After a weekend of rest, flow into your week with intention. Whether you're seeking to stretch and strengthen your body, calm your mind, or simply reconnect with your breath, all ages and levels are warmly welcomed on the mat.

What to bring: Your mat, water bottle, and an open heart. Registration is required as space is limited—secure your spot today, and we'll see you under the pavilion.

Children must be accompanied by an adult.

Namaste. 🙏
