Rest in Peace: A Red Light Halloween Sound Bath - $45 for Non-Members

Unwind under the red glow for a Halloween-inspired evening of deep rest, relaxation, and sound.

Join us at YogaSix North Meridian for a unique sound bath experience led by Charity Grace. Leave the Halloween chaos behind and settle into a calming atmosphere of red light, soothing sounds, and complete stillness.

As crystal singing bowls, chimes, and gongs fill the room with gentle sounds and vibrations, you'll be guided into a deeply relaxed state, allowing your mind to quiet and your body to release tension.

Whether you're new to sound baths or simply looking for a little time to yourself, this experience is the perfect opportunity to slow down, recharge, and reconnect.
