Join us for a restorative Full Moon in Taurus Sound Bath on Sunday, October 25th at 6:00 PM.

Ground your energy, release tension, and reconnect with your physical body under the stabilizing light of the Full Moon in Taurus.

Guided by Sound Practitioner Christy, this immersive sound bath uses the harmonious vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and grounding frequencies of drums, wave drums, and rain wheels to soothe your nervous system and clear subtle energetic blocks.

What to Expect:

• Opening & Intention Setting: Brief reflections on the astrology of the Taurus full moon and intention setting.
• Guided Sound Immersion: 60 minutes of uninterrupted sound therapy designed to induce brainwave states associated with deep relaxation and meditation (Alpha & Theta states).
• Closing Integration: Gentle re-awakening and time to reflect.

*No prior experience is necessary—just bring an open heart and a willingness to receive.

What to Bring:Yoga mats, blankets, and small pillows will be provided. You’re welcome to bring any additional comforts (a favorite blanket, eye mask, or cushion) to create your own cozy cocoon.
