The Collector's Pour 2026 - Volunteer Registration

Why volunteer?

• FREE dinner! You heard that right, we will be providing all volunteers with FREE grub. We will have you take dinner at the end of your shift.
• Bring your friends and family along for the ride. Volunteering with loved ones makes the event even more memorable!

Are there age requirements for volunteering?

All volunteers must be at least 21 years old by event day.

Do I need to bring anything to check-in?

Please bring a picture ID and your ticket to check-in. Our Volunteer Coordinator will need to verify your age.

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

More details to come. Once you've signed up with your email, you'll be all set to receive volunteer specific emails! Expect these communications 1-2 weeks prior to the event.

What should I wear?

All volunteers will receive our exclusive The Collector's Pour t-shirt. Aside from this, please wear:

• warm clothing as it will most likely be chilly in mid-November - please check the forecast the night of the event before you head out the door
• comfortable closed-toe shoes - you will be on your feet throughout the event
• black or dark colored pants if possible

Is my volunteer role guaranteed, or could I be reassigned to a different position if needed?

We do our best to place volunteers in their preferred roles, but the event’s needs come first. By volunteering, you agree to help where you're most needed — this may mean supporting areas outside of the position you signed up for. Thanks for being a team player!

Can I both volunteer and enjoy the festival as an attendee?

Unfortunately, no. We rely on our volunteers for the full duration of their scheduled shifts, so volunteers are not able to participate in the festival as attendees while volunteering.
