a lightworkers manual

Something is happening. You can feel it.

The world is heavy right now and if you're sensitive, aware, or intuitive — if you're a lightworker — you're not just watching it. You're registering it -- in your body, in your energy, in the places words don't quite reach.

This class is about learning how to hold the light — regardless of what is happening. Not in spite of the darkness. Not by turning away from it. But by being fully present within it. Rooted. Awake. Unwavering.

This is a live, experiential class designed specifically for lightworkers who are ready to fully step into their potential and be of even greater service in the world during times when that service is needed most. The world doesn't need you protected from its pain; it needs you lit up inside of it.

The program: Understand why darkness isn't a detour, it's part of the path

- Practice holding your inner light while fully feeling the weight of the world

- Train your system to generate a centered state on demand

- Process to your deepest current

This is not a lecture, it's a practice. Come ready to feel something real.
