The Power Palette: Tri-State Women in Business Edition

The Power Palette: Expanded Tri-State Women in Business Edition is a curated evening of connection, community resourcing, collaboration, and celebration for women across business, leadership, entrepreneurship, nonprofit work, and creative industries.

Presented by Rooted Strategy Group, this expanded edition begins upstairs with featured light bites, curated vendors, intentional networking, business spotlights, and opportunities to connect with women doing meaningful work throughout the Tri-state areas of Connecticut, New York, Massachusetts and surrounding communities.

The experience continues downstairs inside Giuseppe’s speakeasy lounge with additional food, a live DJ, music, a cash bar, and space to relax, celebrate, and build connections beyond the business-card exchange.

Every ticket option includes access to the complete event from 6–10 p.m., including:

• Full event admission
• One drink ticket redeemable for wine, beer, or nonalcoholic alternative
• Upstairs networking, vendors, DJ and lounge experience
• Women-owned business spotlights
• Featured food partners
• Downstairs speakeasy lounge experience.
• Food and other beverages available for purchase.

Seating is open so guests can mix, mingle, and enjoy the evening together.

• Early-Bird Admission- $15- through September 30 or until the first 20 tickets are sold.

• Power Palette- $20- October 1 through November 12.

• At-the-Door Admission — $25- if space remains.

Full Power Experience

• Early-Bird Admission- $30- through September 30 or first 10 premium.
• Full Power Experience- $40- October 1 through November 12.
• At-the-Door Admission — $50- if space remains.
