Join Illuminate Yoga w/Tracey, LLC and Glasstown Brewery for Pumpkins, Poses & Pints! : A Flow (the body) & Grow (the mind)™ Experience, combining movement, creativity, connection and a little something to cheers about!

FLOW (the body) 🧘‍♀️
Begin with a welcoming 60-minute, all-levels yoga experience led by a Master Yoga Teacher (MYT). Yogi rookies, regulars & all in between are welcome!

GROW (the mind) 🎃
After yoga, it's time to get creative! Decorate your own mini pumpkin with provided supplies, enjoy a little friendly creativity and soak up the fall vibes. No artistic talent required — this is about having fun, trying something different and connecting with the people around you.

And because we're at Glasstown... an included Glasstown brew is part of the experience! 🍺

YOUR EXPERIENCE INCLUDES:
