Full moons illuminate. They bring things to the surface and offer us an opportunity to acknowledge what has run its course. With Taurus bringing an earthy, embodied energy to this gathering, our intention will be to slow down enough to listen—to the breath, to the body, and to what may be asking to be released.

During this 75-minute experience, Sebu Kha Wellness will guide you through:

BREATHWORK
Intentional breathing practices designed to bring you out of the noise of the day and deeper into your body and the present moment.

SOUND BATH
Allow yourself to rest and receive as sound and vibration create an immersive environment for stillness, reflection, and restoration.

FULL MOON RELEASE RITUAL
We’ll close with intentional reflection and release—creating space to acknowledge what has served its purpose, express gratitude for what it taught us, and consciously choose what we will no longer carry forward.

This isn't about forcing transformation.

It's about becoming still enough to recognize what your spirit, mind, and body may already be ready to put down.

Because sometimes the strongest thing we can do is loosen our grip.

THE ALTAR

At the center of our gathering, we will collectively build an altar—a sacred space to hold the intentions and energy of the evening.

Guests are invited to bring a personal offering or meaningful object to place upon the altar during our time together. This might be a crystal, photograph, flower, written intention, piece of jewelry, small keepsake, or another item that carries significance for you.

Nothing you bring is being left behind.

At the end of our gathering, you will take your offering home with you—not as the same object you arrived with, but as something that has witnessed your intention, your stillness, and your release.

Bring something that means something.

Place it down with intention.
Allow it to rest while you do.
Then carry it forward differently.

WHAT TO BRING

Come comfortable and ready to rest.

Bring a yoga mat, water, and anything that will help you feel supported during the sound bath—a blanket, pillow, eye covering, journal, or other comfort items.

You are also invited to bring your personal altar offering.

Most importantly, bring an intention.

You don't have to know exactly what you're releasing before you arrive.

Sometimes we discover it once we finally become still.
