Wild Rest

Wild Rest; An immersive sound and forest bathing experience.

Find your quiet wild.

Ever wondered what my retreats actually feel like? Wild Rest is your invitation to find out, close to home.

Step off the pavement and into the quiet of Theodore Wirth Park for a slow, guided forest bathing experience where we let the trees set the pace. This isn’t a hike to get somewhere. It’s a chance to arrive fully where you are.

Along the trail, we’ll pause for breathwork and meditation to settle the nervous system and wake up the senses. We’ll close beneath the canopy with a sound bath, giving body and mind the space to fully rest.

Wild Rest is a taste of the mindful adventure that’s at the heart of my retreats: movement, presence, and deep rest, woven together in nature.

No experience needed. Just bring yourself, comfortable shoes, and your curiosity.

Come find your quiet wild. 🌲
