Real answers. Good drinks. No awkward seminar.

Buying a home has a way of creating about 47 questions at once.

How much do I actually need to put down?

What will my monthly payment look like?

Should I buy now or wait?

What does the process even look like?

And maybe the biggest one:

Am I actually ready?

That is exactly why we created Homebuyer Happy Hour.

Join Ashley Sellers with The Brittney Shull Team and Laura Freese with Edge Home Finance for a casual hour at Bear Cave Brewing where you can grab a drink, ask your questions, and get honest answers about buying a home.

No presentation.

No sitting through a sales pitch.

No expectation that you need to be buying next month.

Just two local Real Estate and mortgage professionals hanging out and answering the questions people actually have.

We can talk about things like:

• How much money you really need to buy
• Different down payment options
• What determines your monthly payment
• Credit and financing questions
• What happens from preapproval to closing
• How to know when you are ready
• What buyers are seeing in today’s market
• Anything else you have been Googling at 10 PM 😂

Whether buying a home is in your next few months, next year, or someday plan, you are welcome.

Come as you are. Bring your questions. Grab a drink.

We’ll take care of the Real Estate talk.

Space is limited and RSVP is required.
