Saturday December 5th

3-5:30pm Swan MIchelle Dharma, Meditation & Sound Journey

Presence, Non-Attachment, Heart Coherence and Sound Journey

Location: (2 miles from Hibiscus)

Yoga Studio 30A 2052 W. County Highway 30A (Blue Mountain, 2.5 miles frm Grayton Beach)

Enjoy Dharma on Presence & Non-Attachment from teachings of The Yoga Sutras, Ram Dass, and Swan’s experiences with The Dalai Lama. Dharma means to “uphold” or “pillar” as related to “a higher purpose”. Join Swan in interactive, stimulating conversations about her time with loving masters in these arts.

This will be followed by a Heart Coherence based meditation lying down. The heart is an elegant electro magnetic field of consciousness that can remind us of our wholeness and our wisdom.

Get steeped in this meditation, followed by a Sound Journey that will include sacred vocalizations, harmonium, gong and crystal bowls. Intentional sound bathing as an art is a medicinal practice of the release of an overly aroused sympathetic nervous system, where such neuro hormones as dopamine, melatonin and endogenous opioids may have the support to enhance into the body.

Dinner out!

Sunday December 6th

Breakfast: Raw & Juicy opens at 8am. Grab breakfast and bring it upstairs!

8:30am-10am Future Self Meditation, Mantra on overcoming to becoming morning with Swan Michelle Upstairs above Raw & Juicy Grayton Beach

10:30am-Noon Yoga with Kelly Haas Location: Cocoon Wellness 30A 6925 Highway 98

Noon- 4pm Choose to stay at Cocoon Welness and enjoy all ammenities for an additional $25 discounted half day fee that will be paid directly to Cocoon. Found out about all of the progressive , diverse ammenties, such as infrared sauna, salt cave, amd more here:
