This October, we're coming together for something bigger than ourselves! 💗

Join Women Who Build as we participate in the Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Walk in Modesto!

Whether you're walking in honor of a loved one, celebrating a survivor, remembering someone we've lost, or simply showing your support, we'd love for you to walk alongside us.

This is about more than walking. It's about sisterhood, community, hope, and making a difference together.

📍 Event Details

Date: Sunday, October 25, 2026

Location: Modesto Junior College – West Campus
2201 Blue Gum Avenue, Modesto, CA 95358

Event Schedule:

• 8:00 AM – Event activities begin
• 9:00 AM – Opening ceremony
• 9:30 AM – Walk begins
• 11:15 AM – Event concludes (approximately)

🚶‍♀️ About the Walk

The full walk is approximately 3.1 miles (2 laps) on a flat, paved route.

This is a noncompetitive walk, so go at your own pace! Shorter distances are also welcome.

🅿️ Parking & Check-In

Free parking is available through the Prichard Avenue entrance.

When you arrive, follow the Making Strides signs to the event village. Anyone who hasn't officially registered can visit the registration/check-in area.

Registering through this Eventbrite page helps Women Who Build keep track of the ladies joining our group.

Please note: This Eventbrite RSVP is separate from the official Making Strides event registration. Women Who Build is participating as a community group, not organizing the official walk.
