Get outside and learn about our feathered friends at Fall Bird Hikes on Fridays, Sept. 4 through Oct. 30 from 9-11 a.m. Meet in the Main Parking Lot.
Allerton’s Natural Areas Managers will lead this morning adventure to discover what bird species are migrating through the Park. As birds begin to move south for the winter, the variety of species will change each week. A limited number of binoculars will be available on a first-come basis.
$10/person*. Hikes are free for Allerton Bird Club members. Join the Bird Club here. All sales are final. If a meeting location changes, registrants and bird club members will be notified by email.
*At times the hikes will leave the trails, so please dress accordingly.
Learn more about the space where your course will take place here. If you will need disability-related accommodations in order to participate, please email Nate Beccue at nbeccue@illinois.edu.
