Hispanic Heritage Month Book Club (In Person) - Raleigh

In honor of Hispanic Heritage Month, join our Book Club, which will meet on Thursday, October 8 and Tuesday, October 27 from 4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. E.T. in the Falcons Room. We're excited to collaborate with MOSAIC's Hispanic & Latin American Professionals Community (HPC) to feature Undocumented: A Dominican Boy's Odyssey from a Homeless Shelter to the Ivy League. This award-winning memoir by Dan-el Padilla Peralta tells of his powerful experience moving from the Dominican Republic to New York City, living in a homeless shelter, and graduating as the top student at Princeton University. Our October 8 meeting will cover Chapters 1-5, and our October 27 meeting will cover Chapters 6-11. Complimentary books will be available for the first 5 guests registered using the links below on a first-come, first-served basis. All other attendees are responsible for acquiring their own copy and are welcome to join the discussion virtually via Teams.
