Girls Puberty Program | Ages 8–11 (+Adult)
Help girls face puberty with greater confidence
When girls learn about puberty before it happens, they feel more prepared and might even be excited. This is the perfect age to start healthy, factual conversations about girls’ changing bodies and minds.

Cost: $100 per adult/child pair and includes the following:
- Adult + child entry into physician-designed puberty class
- Digital activity book to supplement conversations at home
- 1-year subscription to Girlology.com which offers post event support that will help you continue to navigate your child’s journey with medically accurate information
