On ‘STAGES,’ Haley Mae explores the isolatingly unique yet universal experience of heartbreak at its pinnacle. Ten tracks reflect her journey through denial, anger, spiraling, burying, and blooming once again.

“I think the thing that’s beautiful about grieving a relationship is how simultaneously nuanced yet relatable it can feel. I can honestly say I’ve never written from a place of more urgency, honesty or necessity than I did writing this album, and I’m hopeful that sharing it will bring others the same understanding and peace it’s brought me.”
