Join MCIC for our second annual summit, From the Beltway to Baltimore: Investing Across Maryland, bringing together nonprofit developers, lenders, investors, advocates, and public officials to explore how we can expand access to capital across Maryland. New Markets Tax Credits are one of Maryland’s go-to sources of financing for facilities like food pantries, community centers, and job training sites, yet Prince George’s, Montgomery, and Charles Counties have historically received far less of this investment than they need. This year’s summit focuses on the DMV, the New Markets Tax Credit, and the early-stage capital needed to move more mission-driven real estate projects from concept to construction.
